School Info

柑園國中成立於1979，占地約為2.3公頃，學校的學生數大約為390人，並設有14個班級。我們擁有一個平均年齡33歲、年輕且有活力的教學團隊。自從2012年開始，柑園國中逐漸從地方農業區的社區學校傳變為一個未來化的雲端學校。所有的學校員工都一致努力往模範學校發展，並使柑中成為一個學生學習和領導的指標。

Gan Yuan Junior High School has a 2.3 hectare-large campus, established in 1979. There are 14 classes with approximately 390 enrolled students. We have a young and energetic teaching team as the average age of our faculty staff is only 33. Since year 2012, Gan Yuan Junior High School has been gradually transforming from a community school in the designated agricultural area to an upcoming cloud-technology based school. All of our staff is working closely together, striving to qualify as a prospective demonstration school as well as an excellent student leading and learning indicator.

樹林區為台灣新北市的市轄區，屬於台北都會區的衛星城市之一。樹林區是新北市原住民分布最多的地方（共約五千九百餘人），總面積為33.1288平方公里，目前行政區域共劃分為42里、969鄰，人口數約為18萬餘人，人口密度約為5142.20人／平方公里。

樹林區屬於副熱帶季風氣候，氣候溫和，雨量充沛，年平均氣溫約22°C，平均相對溼度約75%~80%，全年降雨量山區約3000公釐以上，台地1500~2000公釐，雨季集中在每年四至九月的梅雨季及颱風季。

Shulin is an administrative district of New Taipei City and a satellite city of Taipei Metropolitan Area. It has the largest indigenous Taiwanese population in New Taipei City (approximately 5900 people). The area is about 33.128 km² large, and it is currently divided into 42 divisions and 969 neighborhoods. The population of Shulin is approximately 180,000 with a density of 5142.20 people/ km².

Shulin is located in the humid subtropical climate zone. The weather is warm and has plenty of rain. The average yearly temperature is about 22 degree Celsius. The average humidity is about 75%-80%. The annual precipitation over mountains is about 3000 mm, and the annual precipitation over land is about 1500-2000 mm. The wet season falls between April and September where there are frequent plum rain and typhoons.
